We take a look at some HR graduate schemes

Human resources has quickly grown into one of the most important sectors in business today. As companies grew they began to realise that hiring the right people for the right jobs was a lot easier said than done, and through this need came a whole new industry based around evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of potential employees. These days there are countless human resources courses available in colleges and universities across the United Kingdom, but without career prospects all those countless hours of study will be in vain.

Fortunately, there are a wealth of HR graduate schemes available that should suit anyone who has recently graduated from their course with an honours degree. While the money on offer for these schemes can vary wildly, ranging from a lot of between £10,000 to £12,000 per year to a high of around £25,000 with benefits, the most important thing for any graduate is to get their foot in the door and start working in their chosen field as quickly as possible.

There are a number of big name companies who are very active when it comes to offering positions to the most promising of graduates. These companies come from a range of different industries and include huge names such as Adecco, Citi, Transport for London, Mouchel and Lyle & Scott.

In order to keep yourself up to date with the very latest graduate vacancies within the human resources field, we recommend that you pay close attention to the listings found on graduate-jobs.com, a side dedicated to finding work for the best and brightest new talent in the British workforce.
