Being a college student isn't cheap and most students have a part time job in order to earn extra cash to help fund their studies and to have a social life. Finding jobs for 18 year old college students isn't too difficult if you simply know where to look.

The first thing you have to ensure is that your CV is looking good. Make sure all your personal details are up to date and ensure that all your previous work experience and education is included. A typical employer receives loads of CVs each week and you need to make yours stand out from the crowd. Include sections such as achievements and don't forget your references.

Finding jobs for 18 year old college students is easiest by simply taking a walk through your local streets and shopping centres - anywhere that is a business requires staff to run. Don't be too picky and drop your CV into as many places as possible for the highest chances of getting an interview. Many industries require part time staff, especially the following:
