Main competitors? You should also get across the reasons why you want to work at this company as opposed to another company in the same industry.

What do you consider to be good customer service?

This question is actually quite easy to answer if you've given it a little thought before hand. It's essentially asking you to put yourself in the customer's shoes and consider what kind of service you would like to receive. Remember to tie this in with the skills and experience that you are could offer - for example, does good customer service involve being knowledgeable about the product in question?
